Hotel Busby - Nice

Excellent hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, air conditioning, and a cozy bar area. I first stayed here when the staff helped me with printing. I recommend it for a hassle-free stay! I'm coming back for a xmas.

Couple suitable experience

I stayed here for 3 nights and the breakfast was excellent, so many choices for just 12 euros! The staff were friendly, so helpful when I needed directions to a local bistro.

It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Absoluteley terrible experience! The walls are paper thin-the noise from other rooms is unbearable! And, air conditioning? Don't get me started, it was broken! I expected at least a complementary drink as an apology, but no. I almost left a good review, but just couldn't after this disaster. Train yourself to provide better service next time!

Consider requesting a room with a balcony for added space and fresh air. It enhances relaxation after a day of exploring Nice.

Charming historical building with unique decor.

I encountered several ants in my room, unsettling. The bathroom was particularly challenging. The shower's oval shape made it difficult to stand safely, and I worried about slipping. To make matters worse, the room was hot, and the lack of air conditioning made it unbearable at night. I struggled to get a decent night's rest and had to find cooler spots in the lobby just to sleep.

The charming historical architecture caught my eye, and the strong Wi-Fi access made planning daily activities easy. Each morning, I enjoyed the good breakfast that featured a varied selection of fresh pastries and fruits.

The vibe was chill and location was on point for exploring the artsy streets! The triple room was cozy, and the breakfast spread had some legit good pastries. The air conditioning? Kind of a bummer-it struggled when temps shot up. The bathroom definitely needs a refresh. Just sayin'.

The location by the Promenade des Anglais is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and the railway station. My stay in the Economy Single Room was comfortable, and the staff was helpful during my entire visit.

It was just a reliable pick for a weekend outing in Nice with reasonable price. The cleaning staff was super kind and friendly, made my stay a bit better despite the room issues.

The location offers easy access to the sea and nearby pedestrian areas. The gym was satisfactory, though some equipment showed signs of wear. Breakfast had a good variety, especially with tasty salads. The room cleanliness left much to be desired, and previous guests reported ant infestations, which raises serious health concerns. Navigating out of the city can be somewhat tricky, which adds to the overall frustration.

Location is fantastic only a few blocks from the beach and tons of restaurants nearby. The tram stop to the airport is super close (like 3 minutes). Plus, the breakfast buffet had some nice options!

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk to the beach and a mere seven minutes to bustling Place Massena. The staff is friendly. The room is spacious and comfortable.

The hotel appears somewhat run down, which detracts from the overall vibe.
